For all her efforts, Blake Lively couldn't manage to impress the Vogue editor-in-chief when they sat beside each other front row at the Gucci fashion show during Milan Fashion Week on Wednesday.
An unintentionally hilarious photo shows Wintour (sporting her iconic bob and sunnies, natch) pursing her lips with her head tilted towards the former "Gossip Girl" star, who looked thrilled to be sitting next to the most powerful woman in fashion.
Lively, who is a two-time Vogue cover girl, looked fetching in a yellow leather Gucci dress which she accessorized with a matching belt, Gucci sandals, a nude clutch, gold bangles and of course, that huge diamond ring she got from husband Ryan Reynolds.
"The Town" star celebrated her one-year wedding anniversary with Reynolds on Sept. 9 by visiting Charleston and Savannah, Ga., and eating Southern comfort food with the locals. (We're guessing Anna wasn't invited.)
So, does the pic of the twosome mean that we should expect the cooking expert on another Vogue cover? If so, could we see more pics from the Lively-Reynolds wedding, pretty please?
