A house for sale in downtown Ottawa has a very cool bonus in the driveway.
The Melrose Avenue home, going for $1,199,000, comes with a free two-year lease on a brand-new Jaguar F-Type, according to the Ottawa Citizen.
Jakub Ulak, the building’s designer and the president of real estate development company Surface Developments, said he wanted to provide buyers with “a little something extra,” Ottawalife.com reported.

“We thought putting this year’s most exciting new sports car in the driveway was the way to do it.”
The two-storey, 3,623-sq. ft. home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features a light-filled atrium, custom fireplaces and a state-of-the-art kitchen.
