Was it a bird? Was it a plane? Well, according to Twitter, it was the superhero battle of, um... Thursday night at a Vancouver SkyTrain station.
Shortly after 7 p.m., breaking news account ScanBC tweeted that Vancouver police were on scene with a man dressed as Superman and a woman dressed as Superwoman (yes, we know, it should have been Supergirl).
Regardless, the two superheroes were said to be "fighting". Pretty awesome, eh?
Naturally, Twitter couldn't wait to get in on the action, with mirth-makers tripping over themselves to poke fun. "Best MoS sequel", tweeted Sahil Rizwan, while Rudy Chase chipped in with, "Where's Batman when you need him?"
But who were they? What were they battling over? Who won? So many questions. Sadly, they'll remain unanswered—the couple left as quick as they came.
