Lena Dunham attended a charity event for L.A. Loves Alex's Lemonade over the weekend, and by the looks of her dress, she really loves lemonade.

The "Girls" actress and creator wore a sunny yellow Rebecca Minkoff dress that was business in the front, party in the back.

The bright shift dress was very conservative at first glance, but when Dunham turned around, she revealed the frock's low-cut back and pleated shirt, while she showed off her storybook-like tattoos. The 27-year-old paired the frock with a big smile and some bright pink lips and added a pair of black studded ankle booties, with side cut-outs and stacked heels.

The "Tiny Furniture" star must be taking style cues from friend and fellow actress, Mindy Kaling, who wore a lemon-print dress on an episode of "The Mindy Project." The two were also caught hanging out while watching Tina Fey's "Saturday Night Live" "Girls" parody together over the weekend.

And though the dress was deemed shapeless and unflattering by some, we love that Lena took a risk and went with something different.

Jack Antonoff's girlfriend always seems to have fun with her sartorial choices, no matter what others think, and we love that about her. After all, if you can't have fun with your clothes, what's the point?

Lena, we love your lemon dress! What do you think of the star's look?

Lena Dunham sure has a unique style:
