In preparation for her tour Down Under, Kate Middleton has recruited Princess Diana's former hairstylist to take care of her luscious locks.

The Duchess of Cambridge has hired Sydney-based hairstylist Joh Bailey to help her maintain her always-perfect blowout while she visits Australia. Bailey previously looked after Princess Diana's hair when she embarked on a similar tour of the continent in 1996.

"Diana was the most elegant and gracious lady you could have imagined," the hairstylist told an Australian newspaper. We think he'll say the same about Kate, who seems to be a down-to-earth type of girl who isn't afraid to get a little dirty and will happily join a game of volleyball, even while wearing wedges. Plus, Joh will get to run his hands through the world's most enviable locks (how do they always look so perfect?!).

But before Kate turns her attention to Australia, she'll be getting ready for her little prince's royal christening. We already know that George will be wearing couture (of course), but we've recently found out that the royal couple will be hosting an informal tea party before the ceremony begins on Wednesday.

Keep reading for more coverage on the royal christening, and have a look below at some of Kate's most memorable looks.

(We can't stop admiring her hair!)
