Victoria Beckham really knows how to turn heads.

The 39-year-old fashion designer attended the CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards Wednesday night in a very revealing dress of her own design. The black frock featured a dangerously low neckline with a sheer overlay (a la Kim Kardashian) and a pencil skirt. The star paired her little black dress with classic black pumps and kept her hair down and straight with a sleek side part. She opted for no accessories, aside from her massive, sparkly diamond engagement ring (which may put Kim K's to shame).

Posh Spice's hubby was also at the event, and he couldn't keep his hands off his beautiful wife. The soccer player looked dapper in a black suit and white unbuttoned shirt, sans tie.

Earlier that same day, Victoria attended the CDFA/Vogue lunchtime affair, wearing another all black outfit (again of her own design) that featured a sheer paneled top and miniskirt, along with black open toe booties. The star received some flack for the ensemble, which many noticed resembled the outfit she wore to the same event last year.

What do you think of Victoria's look?
