Target Canada will complete its B.C. store openings next month, with six additional retail sites across the Lower Mainland.
The openings, set for November 13, are part of an expansion into Canada that has been going on all year, and are part of 33 additional locations throughout the country.
“The final store openings for this year mark a major milestone in Target’s history,” said Tony Fisher, president of Target Canada, in a press release. “The goal for our Canadian expansion was to open 124 stores across all ten provinces in 2013, and we are proud to say that with the help of more than 20,000 Canadian team members nationwide, we have accomplished this unprecedented undertaking.”
The six new B.C. locations are:
Abbotsford: Abbotsford Power Centre
Burnaby: Metropolis at Metrotown
Chilliwack: Cottonwood Mall
Maple Ridge: Haney Place Mall
Richmond: Lansdowne Centre
Surrey: Surrey Place/Central City
