Drake’s ritzy Toronto condo has sold, according to Buzz Buzz home.

The Yorkville property was previously listed for $4.195 million, but was relisted for $3.895 million and sold for $3.75 million, the real estate site reported.

The 3,600-sq.-ft. home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and amenities such an exercise room, an indoor pool and concierge services.

The listing advertised Drake’s former home as a “breathtaking residence in one of the city’s most prestigious addresses,” with panoramic views and elegant finishes.

And a few Twitter users were particularly impressed with the Canada-shaped bookshelf featured in photos of the property.
