A giant Xbox One landed in a downtown Vancouver parking lot yesterday.
Part of a Microsoft Canada marketing strategy, the giant console's contents were a mystery for just over 24 hours. Users had to pledge with their gamertag to help unlock the box, which finally opened around 5 p.m. on Halloween night.
Before the Xbox even opened, one Twitter user guessed an outcome...
...Which turned out to be true.
Some were impressed by the marketing ploy:

Things apparently got a little hectic...
...But then pedestrians got involved in the chaos.
