Defensive linemen Micah Johnson and Demonte Bolden both injured knee ligaments and receiver Marquay McDaniel sustained a high ankle sprain.
A Stampeder spokesman confirmed Monday the three players will not be able to participate in the division final at McMahon Stadium. The winner of that game advances to the Grey Cup on Nov. 24 in Regina.
All three players were injured in the first half of Friday's 26-7 loss to the B.C. Lions in Vancouver.
Johnson has a torn anterior cruciate ligament and Bolden sprained a medial colateral ligament in his knee.
McDaniel had over 1,000 receiving yards for the first time in his career filling in for slotback Nik Lewis, who broke his leg earlier in the season.
Bolden is a five-year CFL veteran while Johnson was in his first season in the league.
