There are some things travel just makes better, like a sip of Coke while in Paris for example. And while it's totally understandable that just about everything would taste better in the "City of Love", it gets the mind thinking: what else is better when on the road?
There's something about a hot, fresh samosa from a street-side vendor in Delhi but surely it can't just be the spices. Maybe it's the little things about travel, like pausing a bit longer for the scenery. With no meetings or deadlines, our only interruption can be the view.
