If you're going to meet the future King of England, you better wear a British designer!
Lucikly, singer Adele knew the royal fashion rules when she met Prince Charles on Thursday and was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire for services to music at Buckingham Palace.
The "Someone Like You" singer looked gorgeous in a dress by British fashion designer Stella McCartney, which was a modified version of the original look.
Looking happy and relaxed, the 25-year-old rocked the blue-and-green a-line frock which featured a feather print and long sleeves (the original had short, exaggerated sleeves and sat above the knees.)
The new mom also rocked a netted Philip Treacy fascinator (naturally) that was outfitted with a pretty brooch.
Although she didn't talk to the press, (and thus denied us the chance to ask her about a possible new album), we were just grateful to get a glimpse of one our favourite singers of all time. (But seriously, when will she release new music??)
Earlier in the week, the "Rolling in the Deep" songstress got some more good news: Her album "21" was named Amazon's highest-selling album of all time.
