Police seek suspect in North York sex assault

Police are looking for a suspect after a woman was sexually assaulted in North York early Sunday morning.

Police say a woman was walking in the area of Yonge Street and Bishop Avenue at around 7:20 a.m. when a man approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her. The man fled north on Yonge Street.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 25 to 35 years of age and approximately six feet tall with a skinny build. He was clean-shaven and wearing a black toque, black jacket with a hood and black pants.
