Justin Bieber Egg Raid Fallout: Deportation? Nude Photos? Drug Links? (REPORTS)

Could Bieber Be Deported Back To Canada?

Justin Bieber probably had no idea what could come from tossing a few eggs, but a series of various reports could have him facing far bigger problems than vandalism.

TMZ claims that police who searched his California home on Tuesday took the singer's cell phone from his possession with the belief there could be incriminating texts messages on the phone regarding egging his neighbor's home a few days ago.

However, TMZ's sources believe the singer might have texts on the phone regarding drugs and/or nude photos on the phone. It's unclear if these photos could be of himself or other people.

Meanwhile, one of Bieber's friends, rising MC Lil Za, was charged with a felony drug possession and later released on $70,000 bail. According to MTV the drug in question was ecstasy but Bieber was not linked to the drugs found at his home. Lil Za -- who could face prison should prosecutors carry on with the case -- voiced his displeasure at media reports regarding the arrest via his Twitter account. Here's what he had to say:

There's still no word as to what will come from the Bieber case, however one possible scenario goes so far as to mention Bieber being deported back to Canada. Fox News reports it's possible jail time or leaving the U.S. could be the penalty Bieber faces.

Los Angeles attorney Anahita Sedaghatfar told the news outlet the state doesn't "take vandalism lightly" and could thus give Bieber -- who isn't officially a U.S. citizen and as of last June didn't plan on seeking dual citizenship -- the boot if the actions are deemed to be a felony. The District Attorney has the option to charge Bieber's actions as either a misdemeanor or felony.

TMZ dismisses this scenario, reporting there is a very specific list of actions deemed an "aggravated" offence which would result in Bieber's deportation: treason, alien smuggling, threatening the President, possession of firearms or explosive material, child porn possession or drug trafficking.

The pop star's predicament provided fodder for Jon Stewart during the Daily Show last night (Jan. 15). According to HollywoodLife Stewart was quick to mock Bieber's weapon of choice in the egging.

"Twenty thousand dollars worth in damage? What kind of eggs? Faberge eggs? Did you hard boil them? What the hell?," Stewart said, later adding, "Congress is the Justin Bieber of our government, throwing away a tremendous opportunity because of immaturity, and lack of self-control."

Finally, actor Jared Padalecki probably won't be on Bieber's guest list anytime soon. The "Supernatural" star slammed the singer after the investigation which resulted in Lil Za's arrest, sparking thousands of Bieber's fans to criticize the actor and threaten to boycott his TV show.

Bieber completed his extensive Believe world tour last month.
