The "12 Years A Slave" actress attended the Critics' Choice Awards on Thursday (where she took home the prize for Best Supporting Actress, beating out Jennifer Lawrence) wearing a deceptively simple dress on the red carpet. (What, no Golden Globes cape this time?)
Looking as fashion-forward as ever, the Kenyan beauty sported a sleek white Calvin Klein number which featured a bandeau top and side cutouts which showed off her glowing skin.
The Miu Miu campaign star completed the look with a Calvin Klein Collection gold clutch and an elegant makeup look: light pink lips and smoky grey eyes.
Red carpet outfit aside, the 29-year-old also made an impression inside the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica when she made a passionate (read: we bawled our eyes out) speech as she accepted her award.
And you know that kerfuffle over Vanity Fair reportedly lightening Lupita's skin in their magazine? The Oscar-nominee didn't seem to notice or deem it worthy of her attention. After all, the whole world is in love with her!
