This is one endorsement Stephen Harper probably doesn't want.
Former Republican vice-presidential hopeful Sarah Palin took to Facebook Tuesday to praise Prime Minister Harper for his strong support of Israel.
The highlights?
- The questionable grammar: "As significant and dangerous progress is made by Iran no doubt wanting nukes..."
- The questionable use of all caps.
- Linking to "Breaking Christian News."
- Working the NFL into a foreign policy post.
Palin's praise comes one day after Harper condemned critics of the Jewish state and railed against what he called a "new anti-Semitism" in a speech to the Israeli parliament.
Two Arab-Israeli members of the Knesset walked out on what one later called the "biased" address. The hard-line speech was even criticized by Sun News columnist David Akin.
"Basically, in Harper's formulation, you're an anti-Semite if you criticize Israel. And no, I don't believe I'm exaggerating," Akin wrote.

Harper and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also signed an expanded free trade pact Tuesday. On Monday, Harper offered $65 million in new aid to the Palestinian Authority.
This is Harper's first trip to Israel, but it isn't the first time he's shared a headline with Palin.
During Palin's disastrous 2008 campaign, many columnists were quick to compare Harper and the pitbull with lipstick from Alaska. One even speculated that Harper and Palin may share similar religious beliefs, including on the coming apocalypse.
The link Palin shares at the end of her post correctly refers to Harper as an "Evangelical Christian."
While some of the comparisons are a little far-fetched, it's clear that Harper and Palin both share a commitment to unwavering support for Israel.
However, as many pointed out on Twitter, Harper would probably prefer if Palin kept quiet about their similarities.
As one user mused: "Kiss of death?"
