Dark Chocolate Recipes To Try From Monday To Friday

Pack It: Dark Chocolate Recipes For The Week
Whole Living

You won't find the words healthy and chocolate listed side by side too often — unless, of course, you're talking about dark chocolate. The darker the chocolate, the healthier it is and in fact, dark chocolate is full of flavonoids that are good for your skin. And while eating chocolate is most often associated with healing broken hearts, studies show dark chocolate can also reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

So in honour of Valentine's Day and a week of love, we've rounded up some of our favourite dark chocolate recipes.

And in case you missed it, last week we packed soup.

Here's what you need to buy this week, while the other necessary ingredients (like pepper, salt and oils) are likely already in your kitchen.

    • Brown sugar
    • Blueberries
