Officials in Sochi have hired a company to ensure we don't see any similar outbursts from the city's homeless community -- a job that Alexei Sorokin, owner of Basra Services, seems to have embraced.
“Let’s call things by their real name,” he told ABC News. “These dogs are biological trash.”
Left unchecked, Sorokin warned these strays could assail spectators at the Games, spreading rabies, or even distract skiers at the moment of a pivotal jump.
