The 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi are finally upon us and we're kind of sort of excited about it! Or at least as excited as we can be given all of the gay-banishing and bashing, dog killing and general corruption that has gone into the preparations for these games.

Still, there are a bunch of talented and dedicated young athletes who have dedicated the past four years of their lives to this moment and we've decided to support those troops and their efforts to embody the best in sport and spirit even if we can't get behind the greater Sochi cause. And we've decided to do that with a list of occasionally subversive songs that celebrate every Winter Olympic event in their own special way.

Almost every sport from luge to biathlon to speed skating is covered here. Except skeleton. We had to take a little creative license with that one.
