CALGARY - Police in Calgary have laid charges in a fatal hit-and-run.

Moises Morles, who was 26, died in hospital after he was struck by a car Monday morning while he was walking to work.

Police say Morles was dragged by the vehicle.

They say the driver returned to the scene several hours later and turned himself in.

Dilan Ursan, 25, of Calgary is charged with hit-and-run causing death.

The parents of Morles have suggested their son may have lived had the driver of the car stopped.
