Justin Bieber To Be Deposed In Miami Court Over Paparazzi Assaults (REPORT)

(Alleged) Crime Lord Bieber To Be Deposed Over Paparazzi Assaults

After egging his neighbor's home in California, being arrested in Florida on various charges and then charged in Toronto for assault, it appears Justin Bieber might be embroiled in yet another criminal matter.

People reports Bieber lost an appeal to avoid being questioned and deposed regarding an assault last year on celebrity photographer Jeffrey Binion.

Binion is suing Bieber, alleging the singer ordered his bodyguard to attack Binion and "steal his camera."

According to a TMZ report, the incident took place last June outside The Hit Factory, a well-known Miami recording studio. Binion called 911 following the incident and told the dispatcher two bodyguards attacked him, one trying to get his camera while the other was strangling him. Binion also claims while he was able to keep the camera but the bodyguards removed the memory card from the camera.

Documents filed last week (Feb. 11) in Miami's Third District Court of Appeal by Bieber attempted to block Binion's attorneys from interviewing the pop star regarding the incident. But a judge dismissed the appeal. A source told People magazine Miami Judge Sarah Zabel "initially denied Bieber's requests to stop Bininon's lawyers from deposing him and asking questions about other incidents involving him and his varied bodyguards' aggressive behavior."

Zabel also reported denied Bieber's request to prevent the public from viewing his videotaped deposition. A date for the deposition has yet to be announced.

Earlier this year, TMZ reported Binion's lawyers wanted to question Bieber about a handful of other alleged attacks of a similar nature involving the singer and his inner circle of bodyguards. Binion cited alleged attacks on various photographers in Hawaii, California, Argentina and Australia. The goal was to show the judge the alleged assault on Binion wasn't a one-off but follows a behavior pattern.

While not mentioned in the TMZ report, there was also a videotaped incident in London in 2013 when Bieber lunged at a paparazzo, screaming: "What the f--- you say? What d'you say? I'll f---ing beat the f--- out of you, man!"

"The Binion lawsuit is totally without merit, as are the recent Miami DUI and Toronto assault cases where Justin has been wrongfully accused," Bieber's attorney Howard Weitzman told People. "These cases are all in the early stages of (legal procedure). We choose to litigate them through the courts instead of the media."

Bieber -- who is slated to make a court appearance in Toronto next month -- tweeted earlier this morning but made no comment on his legal troubles. Instead he was focused on his music and choreography:
