RANKIN INLET, Nunavut - A search continues for a missing caribou hunter in Nunavut.
The 24-year-old man left Rankin Inlet on a snow machine Friday to go hunting about 80 kilometres away.
He didn't return, as planned, later the same day.
A blizzard and very cold weather have hampered local searchers.
An official at the Joint Rescue Co-ordination Centre at CFB Trenton in Ontario says a C-130 Hercules aircraft has been requested to help in the search.
The hunter's name has not been released.
