Man pulled from Scarborough pool without vital signs

A man in his 30s has been transported to hospital without vital signs after being pulled from a Scarborough pool Wednesday night.

Toronto EMS said they responded to a building near Sheppard Ave East and McCowan Road at approximately 8:30 p.m.

The man was found underwater in a pool in the basement of the building, and emergency officials believe he may have been there for more than ten minutes.

EMS said they administered CPR and the man was rushed to hospital in  life-threatening condition.
