Roberto Luongo Trade: Goalie's Best Off-Ice Moments

In classic Roberto Luongo form, the now-former Vancouver Canucks goalie announced his trade back to the Florida Panthers by simply tweeting a palm tree emoticon from his popular account.

That Luongo, 34, is a fan favourite is an understatement. He led the 2011 Canucks to the Stanley Cup final and won two Olympic gold medals. The veteran leader's ability to maintain a sense of humour through demotions, meltdowns and losses will keep him in Canucks fans' hearts for a long time.
