TMZ reports Kardashian has purchased the home for $7.2 million, meaning Bieber might have pocketed over $1,000,000 on the home after purchasing it for more than $6 million back in 2012.
There's no word as to when precisely Kardashian purchased the home, but the news has credence given Bieber's reported hope to relocated to Atlanta. Kardashian reportedly sold her estate in Tarzana to Kaley Cuoco, best known for her work in "Big Bang Theory." Kardashian received $5.49 million in the sale to Cuoco.
The New York Daily News reports some neighbors are pleased that Bieber has pulled up stakes and is moving on.
"I'm very happy," Suzie Schwartz told the newspaper. "It's been a little hush-hush, but we've known for a little while. I'll take a Kardashian over a Bieber any day of the week. I'm sure she's harmless. And I hope it's great for her. I'm sure it will be great for us."
If Schwartz sounds a bit harsh, it might be because it was her and husband Jeffrey Schwartz's home that Bieber vandalized with eggs back in January. Bieber could face a possible felony charge for the vandalism as the case is now in the hands of the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
In other, creepier Bieber news, female fan was arrested for breaking into the Atlanta home he's renting and sleeping in one of the beds.
