Sarah Jessica Parker Interview: Actress Lets Vogue Into Her Home

WATCH: SJP Reminds Us Why We Will Always Love Her

)

Whether it was via "Footloose" or "Sex and the City," Sarah Jessica Parker has always been a presence in the lives of a certain generation of women. So when Vogue produced a rapid-fire interview with the star that takes viewers on an impromptu tour of her New York home, it's almost impossible not to watch.

According to Refinery29, the brownstone is in the city's West Village, and it's obvious her home has the style and quirkiness we'd expect from, well, Carrie Bradshaw if she was the family type. But besides the giant ping-pong table in the living room and shelves and shelves of books (that we would love to see the titles of), it's Parker's charm and wit when responding to the interviewer's 73 (!) questions that makes this video feel like an actual conversation.

The video above shows a lover of roast chicken and a mom who makes sure she spends time with her kids. It could just be her raised eyebrow in response to the question "heels or flats?" or her love for Blackberry, that reminds us why she was our original imaginary best friend.
