B.C. Boy With Brain Cancer Passes Away At Age 3

B.C. Boy Succumbs To Brain Cancer

Connor Green, a three-year-old B.C. boy who was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer a few weeks ago, died on Tuesday in the arms of his mom.

In a Facebook post, Connor's mother Krista Green wrote:

Today at 3:47 p.m., I said goodbye to my sweet little man. The little boy who always smiled, always gave us cheer, and loved me more than anyone ever could. In my arms he slept until he took his last breath. He was peaceful. And now painless. My heart is absolutely broken and my mind is blown that something this horrific happened to me. 3 weeks ago I had a beautiful little boy, today I left with his legacy.

When Connor was diagnosed, a Facebook group and YouCaring page were set up to rally behind his family, collecting donations and well wishes.

The YouCaring page had a goal of $2,000. As of Wednesday, it had raised over $50,000.
