We're all for an avant-garde frock but Jessica Paré's latest red carpet adventure leaves us feeling a bit disappointed.
The "Mad Men" actress attended PaleyFest 2014 on Friday wearing a strapless grey herringbone-print dress with an orange belt. Now, if that was all to it, we would have loved it but the Roksanda Ilincic frock also featured something no-so-pretty: orange folds that sat limply on her waist and the side of her leg.
So, what gives? When seen on a model, the dress look cool because the bright folds are pulled out, giving the dress a sculptural look. Unfortunately on Jess, it falls flat.
Oh, well! Good thing Jes has natural glamour; the 33-year-old styled her dark locks into Old Hollywood waves and wore light pink lips and subtle eye makeup.
The Montreal-native was also joined by "Mad Men" co-stars Elisabeth Moss (who rocked a little black and white number) and Christina Hendricks, who looked stunning in emerald green.
Now that "Mad Men" Season 7 is entering the 1970s, we can expect Jessica's character Megan Draper to sport some seriously psychedelic fashions.
We can't wait!
