Monster backpacks are about to be everywhere thanks to Rihanna.
The 26-year-old singer caused a stir when she landed at London's Heathrow Airport yesterday and true to her fashionista status, the star made sure she travelled in style.
Rather than clutching a designer suitcase, Rihanna went quirky with a huge blue Adam Selman backpack with a white star pattern.
"Thee Backpack. by @adamselman (sic)," she informed her fans on Instagram.
To go with the large accessory, Rihanna wore a khaki coat with a furry hood, blue jeans and chunky red and black trainers.
It seems Rihanna's social media followers aren't the only ones keen to celebrate her style; the Barbadian star will be honoured at the CFDA Fashion Awards with the Fashion Icon Award. It will be presented to her at the ceremony in the Lincoln Center on June 2.
Rihanna follows a line of stylish celebrity winners, who in the past have included Lady Gaga and Kate Moss.
It's no surprise the Diamonds singer has been chosen as the most stylish A-lister.
One of her closest pals is model Cara Delevingne and the two stars joined Karl Lagerfeld at Paris Fashion Week this season to celebrate his Fall/Winter 14 Chanel collection.
Rihanna wore a purple tweed outfit as she and Cara, 21, enjoyed Karl's supermarket set, which came complete with Chanel branded goods and trolleys.
She's also turned designer in the past by teaming up with British high street store River Island to create pieces.
"I just wanted stuff that I wanted to wear because at the end of the day that's what got me into designing - seeing things on the rack that were great, but that could have been a little more me," she previously revealed.
