What happens when gossip site TMZ pokes fun at Justin Bieber? It's not pretty. The phones light up and the vitrol flows from his extremely loyal fans, the Beliebers.

Last year, Bieber tweeted the TMZ toll free tip line to his 37 million twitter followers saying he would take their calls and they flooded the site's phone lines.

So, on this April Fool's Day, TMZ decided to have a little fun with them in return. Thus, the TMZ Complaint Department was born.
