Paulina Gretzky Covers Golf Digest Wearing Skimpy Outfit, Natch (UPDATE)

Paulina Wears Skimpy Outfit On Golf Digest Cover

Paulina Gretzky's latest magazine cover won't drum up as much controversy as the Kimye Vogue crisis, but we're sure fans will no doubt be a bit surprised.

The 25-year-old party gal graces the cover Golf Digest's Annual Fitness Issue, according to an email blast that was sent to subscribers this week.

On the cover, Wayne Gretzky's pride and joy wears a skimpy ensemble, natch: tight white workout pants, a matching sports bra and cute runners. The NHL heiress poses with a golf club in hand and flaunts her fit bod as she smizes for the camera.

According to Golfchannel.com, the bikini lover will "demonstrate six eye-grabbing exercises that will raise your game" and the accompanying article will reveal "everything you wanted to know about her, including her golf swing."

What, you may ask, is the Maxim cover girl doing front and centre on a golf magazine? Well, aside from the fact that Paulina is engaged to golf pro Dustin Johnson, the blond beauty has been practicing her swing (and sharing the results on Instagram) and recently made a sexy cameo in a TaylorMade Golf commercial.

"Sports figures, celebrities and models have appeared on Golf Digest covers since the magazine's beginning," Golf Digest Editor-in-Chief Jerry Tarde said. “Paulina ranks at the high end of the golf celebrity scene today, and she has a compelling story to tell. She also might get some new people interested in the game."

No doubt Johnson has been showing his fiancée his tips: Paulina revealed to Maxim that she has put her music career on hold to follow her betrothed around the world as he competes in tournaments. (Even her hockey legend dad has admitted that Paulina could probably beat him on the golf course.)

Update: Here is the cover!
