'The Biggest Loser' Winner Rachel Frederickson Gains 20 Pounds Since Show's Finale

'The Biggest Loser' Winner Gains 20 Pounds After Finale

After shocking the world with her 155-pound weight loss on the last season of 'The Biggest Loser," winner Rachel Frederickson has gained 20 pounds since the show's finale.

Frederickson, whose dramatic weight loss was featured on the show's 15th season about two months ago, told US Weekly that she’s excited about her new look and says she's at her "perfect weight.”

After the 24-year-old lost 60 per cent of her body weight, the reality series came under fire for pushing her too hard. Since the show's finale, Frederickson admitted she thought she lost too much weight and now weighs 125 pounds.

Originally following strict diets and over-the-top workout plans on the show, Frederickson told US Weekly she now focuses on working out for an hour six days a week, and once and while she'll cheat and have an Oreo.

Although the former 260-pound voice actress says she has no regrets, receiving backlash from both the media and health and fitness experts only pushed her to be more self-aware of body image issues.
