Polling stations will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. across the province.
Jacques Drouin, Quebec's chief electoral officer, is encouraging Quebecers to exercise their right to vote.
"Our democracy is nourished by the elector’s vote, since all of us have the opportunity to speak out and make a significant gesture,” Drouin said.
Across Quebec, a total of 814 candidates are running for election and 6,012,440 people have registered to vote.
This is the second time Quebecers have gone to the polls in the past 19 months.
