Genius Tries To Take SkyTrain Track Shortcut

How NOT To Take A SkyTrain Shortcut

An impatient Vancouver commuter was arrested after trying to take a SkyTrain shortcut — by walking along the tracks.

The man's actions delayed Monday's afternoon commute for half an hour, according to Global News.

The trains shut down as soon as he stepped onto the guideway, and he was not injured, reported The Vancouver Sun.

The man did not come into contact with the electrified third rail.

Apparently, he did not want to wait for the "Train2Main," which runs every 12 minutes between Waterfront and Commercial-Broadway stations while there's construction at the Main Street station, said Vancity Buzz.
