Provincial police spokesperson Claude Denis said officers were called to an accident just after 10 p.m. near Preissac.
"The car first hit a ditch and then a pole and then finished flipped over," said Denis.
Denis says two 23-year-old men were found inside the car were wearing their seat belts but were pronounced dead on the scene.
He said speed might have been a factor.
