West Island man goes back to jail for violating probation

Kimberly Byron Moskalewski, 55, who was convicted of child pornography charges is going back to jail for violating his probation conditions.

The West Island man pleaded guilty Monday afternoon to seven charges of breach of probation.

These include five counts of using a computer or smartphone when he was forbidden, being in a Dorval community centre where a daycare and youth centre were located, and failing to advise the court and his probation officer of his change of address.

He's been sentenced to 125 days in jail, followed by two years probation.

Moskalweski had pleaded guilty in February 2012 after he admitted to using his wife's home daycare to produce more than 5,000 pictures and videos of boys and girls in sexual positions.
