Matt Sweezey, manager of marketing research and education at Salesforce.com says big companies often forget that people are individuals. When crafting a marketing plan to customers, it is important not to forget that.
"But then, how do you have a single customer view and how to do you engage with that person as an individual, but how do you do that at scale?" asks Sweezey, during a visit to the AOL Canada Conversation Studio at Dx3 Canada in March 2014.
The answer, he says, lies in new and exciting marketing automation tools.
