We'll admit it — most days, we'd rather watch TV than go to the gym to exercise. So when Fitweek's Shana Schneider put together an arrm workout that combined both, it seemed like a win-win.
Of course, there's a catch: Doing this workout means watching commercials, but as long as you don't mind the ads, you'll get the best of everything.
As Schneider points out in the video above, commercials can act as a cue that you should exercise, and since they only last for three minutes or so, it is the perfect amount of time to get in a few arm reps.
