Canadiens in the playoffs: Habs all business against Rangers

Game 1 of the Montreal Canadiens-New York Rangers series kicks off at 1 p.m. ET Saturday, and the air in Montreal is thick with excitement.

Arguably the two best goalies in the NHL, Carey Price and Henrik Lundqvist, will face off in the NHL eastern conference finals — and according to P.K. Subban, the Habs have got some stiff competition in the New York Rangers.

On All In a Weekend on Saturday morning, CBC Sports columnist Tim Wharnsby talked to host Sonali Karnick about the danger Lundqvist presents — even if he is supposedly "cursed" by the Bell Centre.

"They're a dangerous team. I mean, every team is dangerous from here on in. When you get down to four teams, it's tight," Subban said Friday after practice.

"Let's be honest, another original six match-up? You can't ask for more than that," he continued.

Meanwhile, former Rangers left-winger Brandon Prust said that even if he kept in touch with some of his former teammates, all bets are off when it comes to the playoffs.

"No friends now, that's for sure," Prust said with a smile.
