Toronto tries to drive golfers back to city-owned courses

There are currently five municipally-owned golf courses throughout the GTA.

Combined, they bring in about $500,000 in profits annually — a figure that has been consistently falling over the past several years.

In an effort to reverse this trend, the city is considering a wide range of incentives and deals to get golfers back onto Toronto's courses.
