It's undeniable that Sir Mix-a-Lot's "Baby Got Back" is a classic, but now it's classical, too.
The Seattle Symphony, led by UK composer Gabriel Prokofiev, performed a selection of songs from the city's most famous rapper, including his most famous tune "Baby Got Back," as part of its Sonic Evolution series honouring Seattle music icons.
"What I want to do now is something you really should not do, but since tonight is orchestral movements from the hood night, I'm going to leave some of this open if a couple of ladies would like to get up on the stage," Sir Mix-a-Lot said to the clearly up-for-it crowd. "We will not bite unless you want us to."
