In study after study, we've seen the results — making drastic changes to your life isn't sustainable, and the only way to truly make a difference in anything from weight to good work habits is by establishing habits that are easy to follow every day.
Which is why we love these infographics from Funders and Founders, a site dedicated to entrepreneurship shown visually. Each one tackles a daily "issue" (like simplifying your life, for example), and applies a few quick tips toward how to make it happen.
So many of these ideas are exactly what we struggle with every day, starting with finding time to go to the gym (don't worry! drink water!) and leading all the way to how to think faster (follow Tina Fey's example and start with "yes").
