The newly single starlet performed on "Good Morning America" in New York on Friday wearing a custom-made Versus Versace silver dress that featured the Italian label's signature safety pins.

The sexy black number is said to be hugely responsible for launching Hurley's career, back when she wore the low-cut stunner at the premiere of "Four Weddings and a Funeral" in 1994, which she attended with then-boyfriend Hugh Grant.
Versace seems to be bent on resurrecting the '90s hit and JLo is the perfect model: the 44-year-old recently sported a version of her iconic Grammys dress with gold safety pins and the accessory makes a big appearance in Versus' latest collection.
