Nova Scotia commits $1 million in hiring incentives for Bridgewater company

BRIDGEWATER, N.S. - The Nova Scotia government says it's committing more than $1 million in hiring incentives for a company in Bridgewater.

Nova Scotia Business Inc. says Millennium1 Solutions can earn up to $1.3 million over five years if targets are met.

The government says the company's Bridgewater location will create up to 150 new jobs over that period.

Ron Smith, interim CEO of Nova Scotia Business Inc., says the investment is about creating jobs and sparking economic growth in rural Nova Scotia.

Millennium1 Solutions provides services for businesses, including managing contact centres and providing administrative support.
