Bieber's Buddies Subpoenaed In Paparazzi Assault Case Over His Alleged Drug Use (REPORT)

Bieber's Buddies May Be Subpoenaed In Paparazzi Assault Case

A lawyer representing photographer Jeffrey Binion will attempt to link Justin Bieber's alleged drug use to his client's assault last year in Miami at the hands of Bieber's bodyguards.

TMZ reports the lawyer will subpoena many of Bieber's musical friends including Lil Twist, Khalil and Lil Za in the case and focus on Bieber's use of drugs and alcohol.

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is also expected to be subpoenaed with Binion's lawyer arguing Bieber's odd and aggressive behavior is linked to using marijuana, alcohol and the cough syrup concoction sizzurp. Bieber's personal trainer Patrick Nilsson is also reportedly on the subpoena list.

The news follows Bieber's on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez being subpoenaed earlier this year. Bieber was questioned last March in a deposition regarding the incident. The singer reportedly stormed out when Binion's lawyer began asking Bieber if Gomez knew any details regarding the assault.

Bieber has made no comment on the subpoenas. The singer took to Instagram yesterday and posted a photo of himself in front of what looks like a SUV with "Just the beginning" as the caption.
