This Toronto T-Shirt Is Totally Spot-On

Any Torontonian knows that as soon as they leave their city they will be made fun of when they tell people where they're from based on how they pronounce it.

No, it's not "too-ron-too," and it's not "toh-raan-toh." And it's certainly not "Toe-ron-toe." It's "Turonno" (remember to lose the second "T"). Got it? As in, "Hi, my name is so-and-so and I'm from Turonno, nice to meet you."

So thank God for local label The Button Machine, who is helping to clear up any confusion for non-Toronto natives with a shirt that phonetically spells out how Torontonians really pronounce their beloved city (and it's totally spot-on).

And as luck would have it, the shirt comes in blue, which could be seen as a shoutout to the Toronto Blue Jays or the Maple Leafs (sorry Raptors fans, it doesn't come in red and black).
