Prem Watsa, the billionaire investor dubbed "Canada's Warren Buffett," is being investigated by Quebec's securities regulato over possible insider trading in connection with a transaction made within the province, the Canadian Press reports. The investigation also involves Fairfax president Paul Rivett.
