WATCH: Personal Trainer Thinks There Are Benefits To Being Fat

When personal trainer Kelly Coffey wrote a blog post entitled "What I Miss About Being 300 Pounds," she did so as a way to remind clients that no matter what they looked like, they were strong and beautiful.

"There were things to love about their bodies as they were without changing one single thing about them," she says in the HuffPost Live video above.

The interview, which looks at the generally untouched topic of the benefits of being overweight, talks to three women: Coffey, Alicia Shepherd (from The Evolution of Mom) and Lindsey Renee Grace, as well as body image consultant Virgie Tovar.

In the video, the women give unique and surprising reasons for wanting to stay overweight, or even gaining it back, completely challenging the norm.
