The pillar of Montreal’s electronic music scene has dropped the dancehall beats and created what he calls ambient, electronic chamber music.

“Ambient but not elevator music. It’s soundscapey, good music for movies. Not moving a lot, just enough. I'm really comfortable with the notion of background music. It’s there, it’s not there. It’s a presence, but not rushing at you waiting for you to be listened to," he said.
Boundary has organized a listening party for the new album, Still Life, Tuesday, Sept. 9 at the SAT. There are no visuals, just a lie-down-on-the-floor, close-your-eyes-and-listen party.
