Man 'unlawfully at large' in Queen West area

Police are warning the public about Thomas Brailsford, 54, who is "unlawfully at large" and last seen in the city's west end.

Brailsford was on out on an approved day pass from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), but never returned.

He was last seen on Monday, September 8, at 10 a.m. around CAMH, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

In 2010, Brailsford was charged with killing his 78-year-old mother.

Police describe him as white, 6'4", 217 pounds, bald, hazel eyes and wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and black shoes.

Police are urging the public not to approach Brailsford if they see him.
